1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through weeklybusinessdeal.com is ARTEREGA MARKETING OÜ, Company ID-12720886, VAT number-EE101744171, Kasemetsa talu 72101 Särevere alevik Türi vald, Estonia.
2. What we collect
The site is a reading site. It has no user accounts, no newsletter, no comment section and no forms, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal details.
Like most websites, the server that delivers the pages may automatically record technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this only to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, tag managers or fingerprinting on the site.
3. Third-party resources the pages load
To display correctly, the pages load style and script files from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When your browser requests those files, the network operator receives your IP address and standard request data, and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not load web fonts or any other resources from external services.
4. When you follow a link to a provider
Calls to action in our articles lead to a provider’s own website, which is run by an independent company. The link address contains campaign parameters that let the provider recognize that the visit started from this article. Once you arrive there, the provider decides what data it collects, whether it sets cookies, and how it uses them. Please read the provider’s own privacy policy.
5. Why we process data
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and maintaining the site. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for profiling.
6. How long we keep it
Technical server records are kept only for as long as is needed for security and operation, and are then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and similar laws elsewhere, you may have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- ask us to restrict its processing or object to it;
- receive the data you provided in a portable format, where that applies;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, write to us at the postal address above or on our contact page. We answer within the time limits set by law.
8. International transfers
Content delivery networks may process requests in several countries. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we expect the operator to use safeguards recognized by law.
9. Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top. Our cookie policy explains how the site treats cookies.
